Grade B office vacancy in the City of London is falling from high levels amid an emerging “trifurcation” in the office market.

Though we’re a few years past the initial shutdown from the Covid-19 pandemic, many people still remember when ‘supply chain disruption’ became a household topic of discussion. But it was more than just speculation.
