Located at 7 Hudson Square, The Walt Disney Company’s new headquarters redefines what it means to work in media. Built by Structure Tone New York, the project transforms an entire city block into a vertically integrated, media-ready campus designed for broadcast, digital, and editorial excellence. Two 320-foot towers connected by the Great Room form the creative core, surrounded by flexible studios, newsrooms, and terraces that foster collaboration and innovation.

In summer 2025, the LEGO Group unveiled their US HQ, a new state-of-the-art workspace in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood. Guided by the LEGO Group’s commitment to colleague well-being, sustainability, and collaboration, Structure Tone Boston’s team partnered with BDG Architecture + Design and Syska Hennessy Group to create this colorful, light-filled space spanning six stories within the newly opened Lyrik building at 1001 Boylston Street.

Ajax Construction has completed the University of North Florida’s Osprey Ridge Honors Residence Hall, a 165,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility designed for over 500 students. The new residence unites UNF’s honors community under one roof, offering study areas, social lounges, and kitchenettes on every floor to foster connection and collaboration. Built using a tilt-up construction method, the project presented unique design challenges—but Ajax’s innovative approach and expertise ensured on-time, on-budget delivery, enhancing campus life and expanding UNF’s total on-campus housing capacity to 4,300 beds.
