Ajax Construction has completed the University of North Florida’s Osprey Ridge Honors Residence Hall, a 165,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility designed for over 500 students. The new residence unites UNF’s honors community under one roof, offering study areas, social lounges, and kitchenettes on every floor to foster connection and collaboration. Built using a tilt-up construction method, the project presented unique design challenges—but Ajax’s innovative approach and expertise ensured on-time, on-budget delivery, enhancing campus life and expanding UNF’s total on-campus housing capacity to 4,300 beds.
LF Driscoll helped Penn Medicine deliver Project Epimetheus, a state-of-the-art linear accelerator (linac) treatment room, in record time—just three and a half months.
